• Description: This work deals with determination of forms of sulfur dioxide in wine by ICP-OES. SO2 is separated as a gas and then determined by ICP-OES. Total sulfur dioxide can be determined after alkaline hydrolysis, free SO2 is determined directly after acidification of the sample.
