| Description | The presence of different telomerical sequence types were searched across monocotyledonous plant order Asparagales using slot-blot hybridization. The results strongly supported the idea of evolutionary lost of typical plant telomeres and their replacement by human variant. Comparison and evaluation of the method usage was demonstrated also on eudicots (family Solanaceae). |
