| Description | The subjective feeling of life satisfaction is one of the basic factors influencing the life of an individual in many aspects. The paper focuses on the possible relations between the life satisfaction of the mothers of 11-year old children and their education, marital status and other family variables. Life satisfaction was assessed separately in different social roles (woman as a mother, partner, woman, at work). The paper is based on data collected as a Czech part of the ELSPAC project run by The Research Centre for Personality and Ethnicity Development and The Department of Social Medicine and Health Care Administration in Brno. |
