| Description | Author analyzes one of the method metering competition on market, method COMP. First of all he examines this method as instrument for practical competitive policy. In the introductory part there is described application method in conditions of the Czech Republic. The author highlights problems of application and appreciation in specific conditions of transitiv economy. In next part there are stated fundamentals of legislative form changes. Author examines consequences of new legislative edits of economic competition on basis of law No. 241/2001. He puts attention to changes resulting for UHOS's activity from new law edits. There are especially described consequences for judging of settlements among competitors, abusing of dominant position and competitors fusing. |
