| Description | Changes of protein spectra influenced by endogenous cytokinins were studied. Using two-dimensional electrophoresis and image analysis both qualitatively and quantitatively different protein spots were revealed in a wild type and a mutant line. Several proteins were analysed by MALDI-TOF MS and some of them were succesfully identified. |
