Description Papers analyze the information validity of the Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), prepared as the standard part of the project proposal for the structural funds. In the opening parts are defined the basic priorities of the CBA, such as the evaluation of financial return of investments (evaluation of the project from point of view of the holder) and the economical analysis (social and economical impacts of the project realization). The European methodology for the CBA is briefly described. As the main controversial point during the financial analysis is identified the calculation without considering the cash-flow connected with the project financing. In the economical analysis it is the absence of the coherent methodology for the evaluation of the economical costs and benefits of the project.
