| Description | The article analyses the experiences with the Register of Companies in Czech Republic. This institution has the key role in obtaining of information about enterpreneur subjects (partners or competitors) and in the decission making procedure of the management. It deals with the problems of availability of the information and its quality, especially regarding to its exactness, recency and structure. The comparison of actual legal situation with the needs the business practice demands from this institution to fulfill brings an idea of possible coming development at this field. |
