Description The Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging is an examination method, using for localization of active cortical brain areas related to specific stimuli during MR examination, typically using gradient-echo EPI sequences. One of the possible preprocessing steps is spatial low-pass filtering (spatial smoothing). The aim of this work is to discover the impact of spatial filtering with the Gaussian kernel and various FWHM sizes on group results (mean activations).
