Description The aim of this article is to point out one of the tourism segments in the Czech Republic: wine tourism. Wine growing and its utilisation in tourism is in recent years becoming of growing concern. Primarily southern Moravia, which is a traditional wine area, attracts visitors not only to spend pleasant evening in the wine cellar but also to use Moravian wine tracks, which are intended for more active tourists. Authors of this article have attempted not only to map the most important activities supporting wine tourism in the Czech Republic, but primarily to carry out their own categorization of municipalities having certain importance for wine tourism according to legislative appreciation of wine space. The result can be confronted with figures attached.
