| Description | Top society of Late Bronze Age, including Lausitz Urnfield Culture area, is archeologically generally identified with such attributes as weapons, not standard structure of a grave, or horse harness. The focus on an archaeological research of the richest graves begets a thinner discovery of social structures. Among symbols of social position, depending on the importance concrete community, belong objects less magnificent. The richest grave on the burial ground of Lausitz Phases of Lausitz Urnfield Culture in Přáslavice (dist. Olomouc) was the mans grave H33 with high number of decorative bronze pendants of a dress, a belt or horse harness. Bronze sets of womans graves in Přáslavice burial ground are poor; only in one example a pair of bracelets and a button was found in a female grave (H23). Of we agree with the presumption, that a pair of bracelets represents primary a female element, we can rank another grave with a pair of bracelets (H21) to the womans graves with bronzes too. Even with a reserved attribute towards the ability of archaeological sources to give evidence, we can regard so equipped persons, as influential for a concrete community. Their importance for the outside world depends on the level of independence, which we award to the community. |
