Description Similarly to methamphetamine, repeated administration to ecstasy induced in mice in the open field test development of behavioural sensitization. Repeated pre-treatment with CB1 receptor agonist methanandamide led to development of cross-sensitization to ecstasy effects and in contrary repeated application of CB1 receptor antagonist AM 251+MDMA suppressed this phenomenon.
