| Description | After two years from the entrance of the Czech Republic to the European Union, the (schol) report for the Structural Funds exploitation is at best marked as 3 (out of 5), in some programmes and their measures for now mark 5. The real exploitation referring to aloocation 2004 to 2006 is only 6,87 %, referring to the allocation for the year 2004 then 30,24 %. This threatens the fulfillment of teh "N+2 rule". |
