| Description | Regional operational programmes have more contiguous relationship on the regional level than thematic ones. Therefore, there is a need for recognition of needs in the NUTS2 regions in order to use the absorption capacity in the full extent. The databases of project proposals can become very important supporting tool in the preparation process of a Regional Operational Programme even i the programming phase. |
