| Description | With the respect to the investigation of the family in last years, 38 species are added as new for the Czech Republic, 7 spp. are added as new for the historical territory of Bohemia and 5 spp. for the historical territory of Moravia. The taxonomic status of 14 taxa has been corrected. The actual nomenclature is applied and a review of nomenclatural changes is included. Species of the genera Nilobezzia Kieffer, 1921, Neurohelea, Kieffer, 1925 and subgenera Lepidohelea Kieffer, 1917 and Panhelea Remm, 1980 completed the recent check-list of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. A new revised list includes 195 taxa of the family Ceratopogonidae for the Czech Republic and 133 taxa for Slovakia are compiled. |
