| Description | Study confirmed that major immunodominant clones exit in the spectrum of tumour reactive T lymphocytes. Approximately one third portion of major clone was found when TIL and CTL where used. Because the set of samples was limited, other studies will be done. The clonotype essay was successfully established as a method for exact characterisation of T lymphocytes based on TCRB amino acid sequence. This method can be used not only for melanoma studies but also for the broad field of tumour and transplantation immunology. |
