Description Elimination voltammetry with linear scan (EVLS) is based on the fact that the total voltammetric current consists of a set of particular currents, e.g., charging, diffusion, and kinetic currents having the different dependence on scan rate. From voltammetric currents measured at different scan rates the elimination procedure enables selected current components to be eliminated, some current components to be conserved and unknown processes to be revealed. In our contribution several examples of applications of EVLS are presented. The experiments have been done under various experimental conditions as solvents (aqueous and nonaqueous), materials of electrodes (hanging mercury drop electrode, amalgam, carbon and metal including single crystals), and target molecules.
