| Description | This article analyzes the legal regulation of forms of local self-government units (municipalities and districts) associations in the Czech Republic. It targets especially legal matters of property essence of these associations and discusses problems in practical terms. Increased attention is focused on voluntary union of municipalities as the most common legal form of micro-regions creation. |
