| Description | The article introduces preliminary findings that relates to the HRM in the Czech territorial public administration. It builts on analysis of selected self-assessment activities in case of the criteria 1.3 and 7 of the Common Assessment Framework. It stresses selected characteristics of self-evaluation materials that can be found in the reports on self-evaluation. The paper discusses the clarity, uniformity and in a lesser content also the quality of self-evaluation documentation. The paper is a result of continuous work on the Czech-Slovak project "Human factor and communication in public administration". |
