| Description | Environment conditions (size of the community, type of residence) and socio-economic status may significantly influence the health, physical activity and inactivity. We used IPAQ short questionnaire to collect data about physical activity of the inhabitants. SES was characterized according to the type of residence, finished years of education, material conditions and according to paid job. Results confirmed that the size of the community significantly influence level of PA. SES influence vigorous and moderate PA and walking in males, but only vigorous PA in females. In the Czech Republic still 66,66 % of males and 57,23 % of females are characterized as high active. |
