| Description | Chapter deals with the influence of NGOs to protect and improve the environment (E) in the Republic, their share in the provision of public services in the environmental area. Given that the providers of public services in the environmental area include a variety of subjects, the proportion of NGOs in the provision of environmental public service small. However, it is necessary to divide these public services to technical services in the provision of minimum representation to NGOs and non-technical services such as CEPA, nature and landscape protection, information, etc., in which NGOs provide a very high degree. Even for technical services is their significant influence in terms of control of those services. Overall, it can then say that the share of NGOs in providing services in the environment gradually improves. |
