| Description | The article "Ordering to pay for costs of an execution in relation to the principle of the protection of the obliged person" deals with the regal regulation of the order to pay for costs of an distrainment that is issued by the distrainor. Present legal regulation is very short because it does not mandate the distrainor to bring in the detailing of costs-items. There are not many ways to protect the obliged person, so this article also deals with the practise of the Constitutional court. |
