Description Our population grows older. The average age of inhabitants increases. So does the retirement age, which means the active working life extends. These facts present a number of questions concerning employment of people older than 60 years. This article briefly introduces the pension reform composed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Furthermore it considers a question, why in the modern society the young working teams, which could be argued about to be sustainable into the future, are so popular. On the other hand advantages of emloying experienced persons are shown, which however undoubtedly shall bring along the necessity of considering quality of employees’ lives.
