| Description | Analysis of risc factors of postoperative complications after lung resection with regionaly specific lymph nodes dissection for primary and secondary lung malignancy. Number and gravity of postoperative complications depends on biological factors, surgery technique and perioperative care. It is smoking, COPD, age over 60 years, multiple and/or excessive pleural adhesions and extraanatomical lung resections that rise the risc of an infection and prolonged air leak. Their number can be reduced by focusing on their pre-, peri-, post- and surgical sources. |
