| Description | We observed increase of the oxidative burst of phagocytes after repeted immunization (whole-cell borrelia antigen) in mice. Application of the same antigen with CpG as adjuvans abolish this effect. Oxidative burst was determinated using luminol-dependent chemiluminescent analysis of peripheral blood. |
