| Description | After repeated immunization of mice with whole-cell borrelia antigen we observed increase of the total IgG plasma level. Addition of CpG oligodeoxynucleotides as the adjuvans caused almoust twofold increasing of the IgG plasma level when compare with the group treated with antigen only. We also observed influence of CpG on the dynamic of IgG production: maximal level of IgG was achived three weeks earlier than with antigen alone. |
