• Description: In this paper we focus on diverse implementation styles of IAP used at four regional employment offices in the Czech republic. Discovered ways of realization of IAP under specific regional implementation conditions (i.e. labour market conditions and characteristics of employment offices including their organizational culture) made possible to produce implementation styles (models) typology of IAP.
