Description The demand on a good governance or good public administration is still more visible and it subsumes increases in efficiency of public sector and saves in public finance sector and sustainable development of society too. The modern methods and instruments of managing organizations that arose from private-sector experience can be used for public-sector organizations. It is supposed that the methods and instruments can influence the function of the public organization system. The implementation of modern methods and instruments is usually done during reform of public administration system. The article presents choice results of the project Measurement of Citizens Satisfaction with Public Sector Services as Integral Part of Quality Management in Public Sector Organizations of Czech Science Foundation number 402/07/1486.
