| Description | The book provides a comprehensive comparison of different methodologies, accessibility, WCAG 1.0, WCAG 2.0 draft and the existing rules accessible site CR. Draws attention to the rules of WCAG 2.0 that are not captured in the existing Czech accessibility rules, and vice versa for those from the Czech rules that have no basis in the methodology of WCAG 2.0. There are, proposed new rules on access to reflect the results of research with disabled users, and reflect international developments, particularly the international proposal to WCAG 2.0. It also has a set methodology for evaluating the financial implications of applying the rules and determine the financial performance of various scenarios for the application of the rules. |
