| Description | Listeriosis is an alimentary infection dangerous especially for pregnant women. The incidence of listeriosis in the Czech Republic is low. During the epideiological increase of registered cases in 2006 we diagnosed 3 cases of spontaneous abortion in the 2nd trimester of gravidity. Our contribution describes clinical course and diagnostic macroscopic and microscopic findings in the tissues of fetuses and their placentas. |
