Keywords Theoretical hypothesis: the exclusive personality of international organisations in particular international law. Arguments against this hypothesis.
Description The article critizes the hypothesis that international organizations are exclusively subjects of particular international law. The author falsifies the arguments of this doctrine. His argumentation emanates from the functional approaches. International organizations also exercize governmental functions and thus their conducts must be subordinated to rules of general international law.
