Description Decision on competence in preliminary proceedings is limited by law. The Supreme Public Prosecutors Office cannot arbitrarily act in pending criminal proceedings in such a way that on insufficient criteria or based on different purpose-built reasons it decides which state prosecutor will be charge by concrete criminal case unless it is concerning the high prosecution office.
