| Description | The article deals with theory of advisory bodies of governments. It examines their typical features on the example of legislative advisory bodies and compares them with another types of advisory bodies. Special attention is devoted to historical development of legislative advising, its legal regulation, functional term, composition, procedure and opinion making in the Czech Republic. On this basis author makes conclusion concerning position of the Legislative Council of the Government in the Czech Republic. |
