Description Autoimunne pancreatitis forms 4 - 6% of all idiophatic chronic pancreatitis.In region of Southern Moravia among 128 patients suffering from chronic idiopathic pancreatitis in 6 patients an autoimmune pancreatis agreed to so called Japanese criteria was proved. Only in two patients there was not present any other autoimmune disease, but in the rest an autoimmune hepatitis, Sjórgrens syndroma and primary sclerosing cholangitis was demostrated. The steroid treatment diminished symptoms and improved biochemistry.
