| Description | The paper presents partial results of research that was carried out within a bilateral Czech-Slovak project of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport no. 94 Human factor and communication in public administration in Slovak Republic and Czech Republic. The paper contains an analysis of data on the status and the role of personnal departments of public administration authorities which has been gathered by standardized interviews with 11 representatives of these bodies of Czech regions. |
