| Description | The study characterises the role of self-management in effective and constructive work with people. On the basis of experience from self-management courses, it clarifies methods of self-knowing and related methods of recondition. It focuses particularly on social competencies, social and emotional intelligence, spiral of actions regulating dealing with people, and the role of communication exercises. |
