Description The chapter describes the main categories and problems of the discourse ethics. This form of ethics is an attempt to save the deontological rational ethics (I. Kant). The chapter is provided an analyze of discourse ethics by German philosopher and sociologist Jürgen Habermas. He develops this ethical program in the context of his theory of act, universal pragmatic, communicative rationality and post-conventional consciousness. The discourse is a form of an argumentative speech.
