Description The chapter provides an explanation of the conection between moral and law. The conection between law and morality is analysed as a structural and functional problem. The chapter analysis the main thoeries about the conection of law and morality; all kind of legal pozitivism (Kelsen, Hart, Dworkin). The contemporary modern theories describe theconection of law and morality as a complementary conection (H.L.A. Hart, J. Habermas).
