| Description | The chapter provides an explanation of the ethical conception by German philosopher Karl Jaspers. The main categories of his philosophy are transcendence and existenz. Transcendence is, for Jaspers, that which exists beyond the world of time and space. Jaspers formulation of Transcendence as ultimate non-objectivity. The chapter explains his concept of existence and the question of guilt and he recognizes the fourth form of quilt: political, legal, moral and metaphysical. |
