• Description: PCR based methodswereused for identification of lactobacilli of Collection of Milk Cultures Laktoflora. The aim was to compare rep-PCR with primer (GTG)5 and RAPD with primer M13 in typization lactobacilli strains. It appeared that better enable the analysis to include strains of species (GTG)5 typization than RAPD with M13 primer.
