| Description | Telomerase activity was determined using quantitative TRAP method in 58 patients with head and neck cancer. Tumours were positive in 88%. Value of telomerase activity was compared with standard histopatological parametres (T stage, N stage, grade). Measurement ot telomerase activity in tumours and tumour adjacent tissues may be better parameter of tumour agresivity than standard grading. |
