Description Cytokines mediate intercellular interactions and their quantifi cation represents an important instrument of modern immunology and cell biology used for studies of cell-to-cell communication, including an immune response. This study demonstrates two ways of heterodimeric p70 interleukin 12 (IL-12p70) and IL-10 measurement using conventional ELISA and the novel and highly sensitive Cytometric Bead Array method during the preparation of clinical grade dendritic cell-based vaccine for patients with multiple myeloma.
