| Description | The present life style leads to defects of motoric system (civilization problems). For that reason our Faculty of sport education (FSpS) put on to the portfolio of REGENERATIVE AND SPORT MASSAGE. First edition of our DVD contains two basic parts - theoretical and practical. Its objective is simple - to follow methods of this activity step by step. Knowledge of various kinds and types of massage touches is not sufficient and neither is their handy and correct application. Sport massage made up of these parts is complete only after when the touches are applied in correct order. |
