| Description | Complex approach in obese therapy is based on nutrition and movement habits correction, spiritual health, and on a change of behavior. An integral part of the complex therapy is so called a cognitive behavior therapy. Its aim is in inducing of a desirable change in an inadequate behavior, thinking and emotions of obese individuals based on learning theory. |
