| Description | The article describes the positive legal regulation of legal consequences of erroneous legal acts in labour-law relations and draws attention to several interpretive and application problems connected with it. In addition, some unwished effects of the respective rulings are pointed out which leads to authors' proposals for the legislation changes that might help to clarify and simplify the erroneous legal acts consequences regulation. |
