| Description | The title compds. I [R = H, cycloalkyl, heteroaryl, etc.; R1 = H, halo, aryl, etc.; R2 = H, halo, aryl, etc.; R3 = H, alkyl, cycloalkyl, etc.], useful as inhibitors of protein and/or checkpoint kinases, were prepd. A multi-step synthesis of II, starting from 2,3-dichloropyrazine, is given. Compds. I were tested against various kinases (data given for representative compds. I).
