| Description | Despite the fact that the benefits of environmental offences falls to a legal person, offenders are within the interpretation of the Criminal Code, only individuals. In structure of particular legal entity, is more difficult than it is necessary to find out and to convict a particular natural person who commits particular offence and conviction of such person does not constitute enough incentive effect (for such legal entity) in order to avoid the occurrance of other offenses. Criminal liability of legal entities provides solutions that enable infliction into the most sensitive places of legal persons and to operate more efficiently on addressee of criminal regulations. |
