Description Public lecture delivered within the series entitled "Trends of Contemporary Medieval Studies" organized by the Centre for Medieval Studies of the Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague. The so-called Dresden School allegedly comprised several German supporters of the Hussites who played an active role in the theoretical discussions preceding the outburst of the Hussite wars. Based on a number of codicological excursuses several as yet un-researched manuscript aspects were presented that show new insights into the activity of this group of German Hussites.
