• Description: We studied electrochemical behaviour of purine aminoderivatives on HMDE at various pH by means of linear sweep voltammetry and elimination voltammetry with linear scan. Studied bases undergo reduction on HMDE and the differences in the characters of their reduction peaks were utilized for analytical separation in the mixture.
