| Description | The purpose of this paper is to analyse current state of affairs of legal regulation, which is valid and effective in the territory of the Czech Republic to this date, i.e. Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on the Amendment of Legislation Related to Adoption of Act on Selected Measures against Legitimisation of Proceeds of Crime and Financing of Terrorism, in particular to describe administrative torts and legal sanctions. Authors will be especially focused on administrative torts and legal sanctions within the context of Business Activities on the Capital Market and Gambling and Lotteries. |
