| Description | Organ preserving protocol (OPP) is one of treatment modalities for advanced resectable head and neck cancer. OPP goal is to maintain the organ and its physiological function without compromising the tumor control in comparison to surgery. Neck dissection is being a part of OPP. Evaluation of neck after radiotherapy is problematic, hence the preoperative staging has been a key point for therapeutic decision. |
